I would like to thank Monica Botelho my mortgage loan officer who has now helped me buy my 2nd home. The first house I was buying I randomly picked her off of the website because bank fives mortgage rates were really good.after dealing with her very quickly I realized she is fantastic to deal with she helped me so much to feel confident and at ease in both home buying experiences. Had the most wonderful and amazing experience with my loan officer Monica!! She and the team went every step of the way and helping with the loan process for me and my family has been so amazing, they walked us through everything step by step as well as being so helpful with any questions or concerns that I or my husband had, as the whole process was time consuming and a lot of difficult work. They also made sure that my loan application would go through and approved. Monica helped me and my family every step of the way!! Words cannot express how thankful I am of her. This is the second mortgage Monica has put together for me. Both experiences could not have been better. I travel for work so organizing things like this can be a bit of a challenge. Monica went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. She made herself available any time of day to answer questions I had. She took point on everything to make sure nothing was missed, to include running documents around herself when needed. In both cases Monica focused on timing the market perfectly to get the best rate possible (a real challenge in times like these). Monica Botelho was phenomenal to work with! I told her what I needed and she arranged to meet the very next day along with sending me a list of everything that was needed in order to speed up the process for our loan. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and was constantly in contact with me with anything else that was needed in order to have the quickest turn around time for our loan. She also went out of her way to answer my many many questions. I have worked with her in the past as well and look forward to working with her again for any of my future financial needs.
