Mitchell was extremely patient with helping us unfreeze our credit so we could apply for a loan and his persistence paid off and accomplished what we were unable to do ourselves. His follow up on the weekend was a display of commitment to his work ethic. And because of this, our loan was approved much quicker than we expected. Went to bank on Monday 12/23/24 and I always feel comfortable there. They recognize me , even the teller in training and they repeat what I asked for. They have doubled checked me once or twice when I was making a mistake and saved me just in the nick of time. Turned 70 yrs old in 2024 and it's nice knowing they have my back. Always...

I like the security for online banking. The only way into your account is to get a call with a code. So only you use the code and no one else.

I have been banking with Bank 5 for years. I even kept them when I was out of state. I'm very happy with Bank 5 and will never get a different bank.
