Went to bank on Monday 12/23/24 and I always feel comfortable there. They recognize me , even the teller in training and they repeat what I asked for. The staff at the North Main Street branch were so professional and accommodating. I presented them with a request to print some statements. It was completed in a timely manner. The employees of this branch are a credit to Bank5.

I like the security for online banking. The only way into your account is to get a call with a code. So only you use the code and no one else.

I have been banking with Bank 5 for years. I even kept them when I was out of state. I'm very happy with Bank 5 and will never get a different bank.

My review of bankfive@ fallriver n.main st. branch, as soon as came through the doors,I was immediately being assisted with My questions,and escorted,very quickly to the manager,Anna L. pimental,asst. branch manager,I wanted to open up a checking,savings acct,and she handled it with great professionalizm,along with explaining to me every step,and process,that was happening,I felt so at ease,and comfortable, about my choice,of bank I know,am using! Along with the simple,and easy steps to take,when I have to deposit, and withdraw funds from my acct,so ty for bankfive services,and I will be sure to pass it on to my family,and friends.
