My husband and I recently became victims of a phone scam and unfortunately lost some of our savings. We’d like to thank Renee, at Bank 5 in Somerset, who assisted us with closing our affected accounts and opening new ones. She handled everything thoroughly and professionally, explaining how the transition would work. Renee was very understanding of our situation, and responded with kindness and compassion. She has always been helpful and actually prevented fraud by alerting my dad, that something wasn't right. She saved the day. Everyone at the bank is always very nice as well.
