I like it that I don't have to go to the bank to take care of problems..they notify me my mail..not just email..if anything needs to be taken care of..I can go into a live chat with a representative and the issue is always resolved in a timely fashion..

My wife and I renewed two CDs at the Dartmouth branch. The banker Sierra was very friendly and efficient. She mentioned that she had received a directive from Maria concerning our CDs and was ready to process the paperwork. The whole process was carried out quickly and my wife and I were on our way with two renewed CDs in hand. It is always a pleasure to do business at this branch.
