We are long term customers of Bank Five; we usually go to the Swansea branch. We are extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided by Jared Smith. We have a rental property business and he has assisted us in many different banking needs- loans, savings accounts, mortgages, interest rates etc... He always has the answer and is so efficient and personable. The reason we have remained with Bank Five for many years is mainly due to Jared and his kind and professional manner . He is an extremely valuable employee to your bank!

After a breach and hacking of our home internet , we were gifted with the fact of ALL our home financial scene had to be changed . This included banks , CC etc…
From the first time we contacted Bank 5 with our situation, they went into action . Everything was shut down , new debit cards in mail , reassignment of all our accounts was done and the best part, the pleasantness and compassion it was done with .
Over a week of making sure we were set-up with the proper numbers in the right places and the security that was shown to us , we were very much at ease .
No Long waits on the , all the right questions and answers were touched upon . The follow up on us to make sure we had made a substantial payment w our new account , 2 associates called us within 2 minutes to make sure it was us not the scoundrels after our hard earned assets again .
Hats 🎩 off to all involved. We live far away from Fall River and still bank with Bank 5 . We have been with the institution between us 2 for over 90 years.
