If you receive a text message claiming to be from EZDriveMA keep in mind:
- EZDriveMA will not request payment or sensitive information such as payment methods or account numbers through text or email.
- Legitimate links to EZDriveMA will include the domain www.EZDriveMA.com. If you do have an EZDriveMA account, navigate to the website through a verified link to view outstanding bills.
- Do not click on links provided via text message if you are not familiar with the sender or are not expecting what the request is asking for. Even if you do recognize the sender, it is best practice to access the website from a verified source.
- Delete the message from your device.
- If you did access the fraudulent link, monitor your personal information and financial accounts for fraudulent charges and update passwords immediately.
If you are a BankFive customer who received this scam and entered any payment information, please call us immediately to put lock your card, or visit Card Management within Online Banking. If you clicked on the fraudulent link, we urge you to update your Online Banking password and monitor activity using Online Banking and the BankFive mobile app. Be sure to report any suspicious activity to us immediately. You can also use our free credit monitoring tool within Online Banking to keep an eye on information in your credit report.
