I just closed on my 4th property with michelle guertin as my lender representative/ loan specialist. we closed on 1 property while she was at AAA, and now i followed her to bank 5 for the other 3. I am a doctor and don't have much free time during normal business hours. I would email / text michelle on evenings, early mornings and weekends. i did not expect her to respond but she always did... usually within minutes. If you are old school like me, and a bit ocd (like to move fast, need to get things accomplished quickly so you can move on to other projects) then michelle guertin is the right person for you! She is old school as well and she is a kind soul. She even went to bat for me to get the best rates and extensions on rate locks when we needed them saving us some money on expensive extension fees. i think overall Bank 5 showed me they are willing to do what it takes to earn and keep my business. i am a business owner and investor and i rarely see this especially in this day and age. by the way , as much as i love working with michelle and bank 5, i always shop around. Bank 5 just has lower rates and closing fees than the other 6 institutions i call prior to each purchase . they beat out everybody / every time! i would highly reccommend michelle guertin and bank 5 for your mortgage needs, call around and see for yourself!!
