Everyone was so helpful and kind

I opened a savings account and it was explained in detail by the man helping me. I was grateful to have someone take the time to ask me some questions to decide what kind of account would be best for me. After my business was done he walked me out and that was a personal touch that meant a lot to me. I would recommend Bank 5 to everyone because the customer service is exceptional.

Very warm and welcoming. Comfortable like they know who I am. Services are impeccable warm and they greet you. I have no issues getting Bank checks by doing transactions. Always smooth and I like the way that the girls help each other out.

I am writing to say thank you to all those at the various Bank 5 branches we have visited in Dartmouth, Fall River and Somerset MA over the last couple of years. Every person who helped us was always patient and pleasant. In particular, Branch Assistant Ashley Machado has been a super star. She helped us navigate managing our accounts following a death in the family. She is always caring, patient with our many questions, thorough in providing solid answers and very communicative throughout the process. She is still very responsive to this day as we continue to pose questions. Thank you Ashley, for your knowledgable help and support!
