no issues, good bank to deal with

I have been with Bank 5. For many years. I went to the Summer set branch for the second time. When I went up to the teller she addressed me as Mrs. Resendes. I was shocked I only had met her once and she remembered me. I was impressed with Renée and she was very kind and helped me with a smile. I was impressed with a memory. I was taking out my license to prove who I was. There was no need because of a memory of me and my name. That is why my experience was so great.

It’s nice to walk in the Somerset branch and everyone knows you by name. Very personable, helpful service.

After 20 years in business, this is the first time I have ever written a review for a financial institution. We moved our small business checking account to BankFive last year, after numerous problems with another institution. The result has been more efficient processes for administrative and bookkeeping staff, and the ability to easily transfer funds between our interest-bearing money market and checking accounts, have been game changers. Donna and the team at the Somerset branch provide a stupendous level of customer service and we couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love the Somerset branch of Bank 5. There is never a day (usually 2/3 week) that the service is outstanding. When someone is busy, always another bank employee will step in and take care of my business. Additionally, I love the personal approach by identifying me by my first name. Don't know what your paying these folks but I can tell you they are worth there weight in gold. Love them all from managers to the teller line including the drive-thru.

Recently , my husband and I stopped in at the Bank 5,County St. branch in Somerset,MA,to address my maturing IRA CD. We were directed to the office of Doreen Constancia, Bank 5 Branch Manager, and Vice President. She was very professional, engaging,and patient . In addition, Doreen was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all our questions. Somerset Bank 5 has the best customer service and friendly staff ever.

I very seldom use the drive-up window I prefer to go inside and have interaction with the tellers. There are always very pleasant and they have come to know me by my first name which I find very personable

Renee at the Somerset office renewed a CD for me. She was able to match a competitor's rate, thus making me a satisfied Bank5 customer, which I have been for over 40 years. I spoke to Renee by phone on 8-06-24, but actually went into the branch to complete the paperwork on 8-08-24.
