BankFive will be a supporter of the 2017 Feast of the Blessed Sacrament. Known as the largest Portuguese feast in the world, it has been attracting hundreds of thousands of people to New Bedford for over 100 years. BankFive is proud to once again support the tradition of this rich cultural festival which is significant to the local community.
The 103rd annual celebration commences Thursday, August 3rd, and will continue until closing on Sunday, August 6th. Admission is free to the event all weekend long. The Feast of the Blessed Sacrament will host its annual parade on Sunday, August 6th, in the City of New Bedford and will start at 2:00 p.m. Over forty different organizations will march the one mile route and BankFive is excited to be one of them. The route will go from Brooklawn Park to the Feast grounds at Madeira Field
