I was able to visit the Dartmouth Bank 5 location where I received wonderful service from Mitchell. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He was informative and transparent with the loan expectations, making my trip to the bank a quick and easy process. Mitchell also took the time to answer follow up questions that I had after my visit to the bank, ensuring that I was comfortable with everything that transpired and what I could expect moving forward. Fran Oliveira was extremely helpful helping me close out our account after my mother passed. Her compassion and helpfulness was second to none. That level of service and care is often hard to find these days and it was a comfort during a tough time for our family. Unfortunately we don't have a Bank 5 where we live or I would have kept doing business with the Bank. Thank you Fran!
