I have been with bank five for a number of years now and feel satisfied with friendly atmosphere inside branches and on phone. The only thing I would suggest is to ensure all employees are following a high customer service experience with every customer everything.
The representative at your New Bedford South End Branch went beyond the my expectations to explain to me and my son about opening an new account. The representative was very caring and a great spokesperson for the bank. Unfortunately, I cannot state her name but would like to show my appreciation of her service. In my opinion, she is asset to the company.

I had previously been with BofA for 8 years. I switched to Bank5 when I switched my job and that's the institution my checks are from. I have yet to have ANY kind of issue including when I call for assistance, misunderstand, etc. I opened my account in New Bedford and everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. I look forward to continuing to have them service all my banking needs!
