We are long term customers of Bank Five; we usually go to the Swansea branch. We are extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided by Jared Smith. We have a rental property business and he has assisted us in many different banking needs- loans, savings accounts, mortgages, interest rates etc... He always has the answer and is so efficient and personable. The reason we have remained with Bank Five for many years is mainly due to Jared and his kind and professional manner . He is an extremely valuable employee to your bank!

I have been dealing with Bank Five for many years. Mostly dealing with the Swansea Branch. Tellers are Plesant and the Branch Manager Melissa Vincent, has always gone above and beyond to help me with any financial issues or concerns I may have.

I love bank five. They match rates for CDs to other local banks. They have great specials too. The assistant manager is quick and professional. I recommend bank five for savings and CDs to all my family members.
