I sat with Hailee last weekend to open an account. I ended up opening two accounts with her help and it was a seamless process. I had an account before, but I couldn’t go in the app anymore. Hailee reactivated my app and helped me view my accounts online. She also gave me next steps to move more money in. Hailee was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the information about my accounts before opening them.

Mitchell was extremely patient with helping us unfreeze our credit so we could apply for a loan and his persistence paid off and accomplished what we were unable to do ourselves. His follow up on the weekend was a display of commitment to his work ethic. And because of this, our loan was approved much quicker than we expected. Went to bank on Monday 12/23/24 and I always feel comfortable there. They recognize me , even the teller in training and they repeat what I asked for.
