Best service I have ever had. All staff members are fully educated on their roll/department and provides top notch service. I have dealt with different banks and Bank5 sets the standards. Brittany Schmidt is our main contact for a business loan and she is professional, thorough, informative, organized, always available when you need and very comfortable to talk with. Bank Five is in my opinion the finest bank around. My small business certainly wouldn’t exist if not for them. I will never do business with any other bank especially Webster Bank.
