Choose the SBA loan that's right for your business:

• SBA Express: This is a 50% guarantee small business loan program from the U.S. Small Business Administration for loans up to $350,000*, ideal for businesses that may not meet traditional lending requirements. Get flexible payment options and longer terms than traditional loans. Funds may be used for working capital, equipment, inventory, expansion or real estate purchases.
• 504 Loan Program: The 504 loan program provides growing small businesses with long-term financing to acquire, construct, or expand their business location or purchase machinery and equipment. Borrowers can contribute as little as 10% in equity*. These loans usually have preferential long-term interest rates up to 50% of the total financing package.
• Traditional 7(a): Businesses with special requirements¹ can get needed financial help through this loan. Proceeds may be used to establish a new business or to assist in acquisition, operation, or expansion of an existing business. 7(a) loans have a maximum loan amount of $5 million* and do not have a set minimum loan amount.
