Please note that face masks are currently required inside all of our branches and offices. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Due to pandemic-related staffing challenges, the hours of our branches and Customer Contact Center may fluctuate. Please check this page often for the most up-to-date announcements.


Upcoming hour changes & closures:

  • Until further notice, all BankFive branches will be open for drive-up service only. Lobby appointments can be arranged by contacting the branch. Please visit our Locations page and click on your desired location for branch contact information.
  • The Customer Contact Center will close at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 22nd. As a result, there will be no live phone, email, or chat support after 1 p.m. on 1/22.

Our Corporate Office is currently open by appointment only. If you wish to schedule an appointment at our Corporate Office, please call us at 774-888-6100.

Please remember that we are also ready to serve you through the following methods:

  • Call our Customer Contact Center at 774-888-6100.
  • Use Online Banking to pay bills, transfer funds, check balances, make loan payments, and more. You can also chat with us from within your Online Banking account. Reps are available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If you don’t currently have an Online Banking account, you can register for one here.
  • Use our Video Banking service to chat with BankFive customer service reps face-to-face from your desktop computer Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Also available on mobile devices by downloading the BankFive Video Banking app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store
  • Use Telephone Banking 888-833-5595 to check balances or make a transfer.
  • Use the BankFive mobile app to deposit a check, check your balance, or transfer funds.
  • Visit an ATM to make a cash withdrawal, cash deposit or check your balance.
